Senior Executive Human Resources

Position Overview:
As the Senior Human Resources Executive with hospitality experience, you will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing human resources initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent. Drawing on your experience in the hospitality industry, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to excellence and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions within our organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor and resource to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities, with a focus on customer service, food safety, and leadership development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and support employee retention and satisfaction.
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed to support our business objectives and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
