Human Resources Manager

Role and Responsibilities:
1. The successful candidate will partner with various business groups to build the Talent & HR strategy that most effectively complements business strategy.2. Drive organization resource plans, talent reviews, succession plans, high potential individual development plans and performance management for assigned business units.3. Plan and execute the performance review processes as per the company policies.4. Facilitate annual and mid-year talent review plans in conjunction with business plans building a line of sight to future talent needs and ensuring a robust follow up mechanism to fulfill the same. 5. Minimize critical attrition losses by establishing proactive processes, relationships and - early warning systems.6. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.7. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.8. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.9. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required10. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).11. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.12. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.13. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.14. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.15. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.16. Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.17. Performs other related duties as assigned.18. Analyze trends in employee turnover and employee engagement surveys and recommend interventions backed by data19. Drive specific engagement initiatives to maximize productivity and develop highly engaged teams20. Develop and deploy culture-building initiatives, and implement a high-performance culture21. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests22. Resolve employee escalations within TAT and within the policy framework23. Work closely with the other Human Resources team to ensure timely and effective delivery of all HR processes
Educational & Experience Required:1. Post Grad in Human Resources from a reputed MBA School.2. 5-10 years of solid HR experience and exposure to robust HR processes.3. A Start-up experience will definitely be preferred.4. Should have demonstrated creativity and innovation in prior roles.

Inquisitive and analytical mind; capacity for out-of-the-box thinking; bring a creative perspective to business problems applying functional expertise, business understanding and common sense.9. Ability to stay connected with the external market with a view to bring best practices into the company.
