Human Resources Executive


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and a strong understanding of human resource principles and practices.


Position: Human Resources Executive

Location: Bangalore, India Onsite

Salary: Upto 3-4L per annum


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
