Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR support to the business, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits. The Human Resources Business Partner will also be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, also for leading the professional area bringing evidence-based practice into the organization and addressing the people challenges for their area of expertise and Support organization effectiveness by developing and implementing solutions aligned to strategy.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Established Business Partnership between Business Strategy, People Values & Individuals goals.
  • Engaged with Key Business Stakeholders to drive Organizational Change Initiatives.
  • Strategic Partner of management and leadership teams on Human Resource issues.
  • Engaged the Operations team in leading HR initiatives on the floor.
  • Responsible to manage Talent Acquisition portfolio and controlling the attrition.
  • Develop specific policies and processes relevant for Business units.
  • Keep a pulse on Employee Morale bringing trends and recommendations to Business Heads and People Leaders.
  • The HR is an internal consultant providing an enabling business support role to the organization.
  • Support Business in driving performance.

 

Skill & Qualifications:

  • MBA PGDM or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource.
  • Experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation and benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
