Position Description:

The HR Business Partner is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, acting as a strategic partner & an advisor to the business leaders. The HRBP is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Leaders to drive all People related initiatives. Provide guidance on employee development, performance management, career & succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business strategy
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Coach managers on effective performance management to improve employee productivity, feedback, and development.
  • Analyze and present people metrics to the business leaders to help with People decision and planning
  • Drive Global People Projects/ Initiatives locally Partnering with other Geo HR teams
  • Conduct employee Pulse surveys and use data to identify trends and areas for improvement


Qualification and Skills

  • Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-12 years of experience in HR roles, including experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Proven attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and use of Data analytics to aid in People decisions in partnership with the leaders
  • Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
