A committed representative who is able tomaintain relationships with our customers and clients, answer questions and troubleshoot account issues,help with product and payment queries, and more. This is a full-time position with the ability to work inthe office. Relevant certifications and experience will improve consideration chances for this position.Roles and Responsibilities:● Make outbound calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or otherissues with products or services● Negotiating with customer to ensure mutual satisfaction with each sale● Respond efficiently and accurately to our clients, explaining possible solutions, and ensuringthat clients feel supported and valued● Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust andreliability● Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately● Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent andconsistent customer service● Maintain and update customer information as necessary in database● Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned● Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to increase future sales opportunities● Scheduling appointments with customer to discuss products or services offered by us● Ensure Zero compliance issues in terms of call quality● Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert them into customersQualification:● Graduate or Diploma holder in any fieldExperience:● Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound calling● Overall 4+ years of experience in BPO industryRequired skills

● Excellent verbal communication skills, Team player, Attention to detail, Problem-solving skills● Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal & written communication skills, andprofessional phone voice● Understanding of company products, services, and policies● Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software and strong typing skills● Strong time management and decision-making skills● Adaptability and accountability● Organizational skills including the ability to multitask, set priorities, and follow up promptly● Should be flexible with night shifts● Need to have prior experience in outbound sales in US market & handled more than 150 callseveryday● Strong time management and decision-making skills● Positive attitude and proactive approach
