- All admin & logistics support for organization-level events – F&B, AV vendors, facilities coordination, vendor management, raising Pos, and ensuring successful events.- Inventory Management of GDC assets (non-tech related)- Meeting Room Bookings / IT coordination for conference rooms- Logistics support for executive & customer visits – security clearance, facilities, F&B, IT, room bookings for a great visit experience.- Proactive status sharing on projects / tasks.- Supervision of office boys & Supervisor.- Escalation of building and maintenance issues to stakeholders/managers

Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.Communication:

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.Document Management:

Prepare, review, and manage documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special projects, including logistics, catering, and equipment setup.Data Entry:

Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks as needed. Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.Attributes:

Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
