**Job Description: Administrative Assistant**
**Roles & Responsibilities**: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing office supplies, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and organizing meetings and appointments. Additionally, you will coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff members. Your role will involve maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing tasks, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail. You must manage office infrastructure and look for co-working spaces when required. You need to ensure & coordinate for office cleanliness. Need to make arrangements for office parties/trips & other events. You will contribute to a positive and productive work environment by assisting with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
