Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Development Manager - IT/Digital Sales at Lighter Agency, located in New Delhi. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, leading negotiations, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales
- Strong understanding of IT and Digital services, including Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Website & Application Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
