Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Program Manager. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and managing project teams. Their day-to-day tasks will include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the Senior Program Manager will be expected to facilitate project meetings, monitor project progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in team leadership and facilitation of project meetings
- Ability to monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management
- Proven ability to align projects with business goals
- Prior experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
