Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and manage education-focused programs in collaboration with state governments. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for critical project decisions across states.
  • Manage stakeholders, including senior officials, funders, partners, and state governments.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop strategic and short-term project plans, using tools for monitoring and escalation management.

Cross-functional Support

  • Lead collaboration across internal teams to ensure effective backend support and alignment.
  • Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs and contribute to organizational learning.
  • Document program activities, monitor data, develop case studies, and compile evidence of outcomes.
  • Review expenditures for budget adherence and support monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in program management, preferably with exposure to projects involving senior government functionaries.

Skills

  • Strong data monitoring and analytical skills.
  • Excellent project management and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, with proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments.
  • Capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, especially in education and non-profit contexts.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
