Role Senior Program Manager Education FLN Delhi Experience 8 years Salary Upto 15-20 LPA About the Role The Senior Program Manager serves as the central point of contact for a non-profit organization s state-level programs This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring successful project implementation and effective stakeholder management The individual will oversee project timelines manage risks and ensure project goals are met on schedule Key Responsibilities Project Management Act as the main point of contact for all critical project decisions Manage a variety of stakeholders including government officials funders and partners Monitor project timelines progress risks and dependencies Delegate responsibilities effectively Develop strategic and short-term project plans Cross-functional Support Lead collaboration across various internal teams to ensure projects have the necessary support Analyze data to identify trends across multiple state programs and contribute to organizational learning Document program activities monitor data and compile evidence of outcomes Financial Oversight Review expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets Work with the M E team to implement an effective monitoring and evaluation system Skills and Qualifications Qualifications A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required a Masters degree is preferred 8-10 years of experience in program management is required with a strong preference for experience managing projects involving senior government functionaries Skills Proficiency in data monitoring and analysis Excellent project management skills including the ability to create and execute strategic plans Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi Abilities Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational landscapes Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines adapt to changing project requirements and ensure timely deliverables Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices particularly within the education and non-profit sectors - Hiring Note Applications will be reviewed on rolling basis This job is re-posted on Sept 10 2025 on For any questions ping us on WhatsApp Chat helpline 91-8058331557
