Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on IP-based solutions and services.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IP technologies and trends to effectively present and demonstrate Time Network Digital’s products and solutions.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring that client requirements are met and terms are favourable for both parties.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and project execution.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IP-based products and services preferred.
- Skills:- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong understanding of IP technologies and digital solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Personal Attributes:- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive for success.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.
