Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients, develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement sales strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on IP-based solutions and services.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest IP technologies and trends to effectively present and demonstrate Time Network Digital’s products and solutions.
Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring that client requirements are met and terms are favourable for both parties.
Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and project execution.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IP-based products and services preferred.
Skills:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of IP technologies and digital solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
