As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Ad Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and maintaining relationships with our valued advertising partners.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets: You will be responsible for generating ad sales revenues through effective communication and negotiation skills. Understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs will be imperative in planning and executing strategies to meet sales targets.

2. Identify and nurture advertising leads: You will actively seek out potential advertising clients and establish relationships with them. This includes researching industries, attending networking events, and leveraging personal and professional connections to identify potential leads.

3. Present advertising proposals and negotiate terms: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting compelling advertising proposals to clients, emphasizing the benefits and return on investment they can expect from partnering with Midday Infomedia Limited. Negotiating terms and conditions of the advertising contracts will also be a key aspect of this role.

4. Build and maintain relationships with clients: Establishing strong relationships with advertising clients is essential for long-term business growth. You will proactively engage with clients, understanding their advertising goals and developing customized solutions, while ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery.

5. Collaborate with internal teams: As the Ad Sales Executive, you will work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams. Collaborating with these teams is essential to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

6. Monitor and analyze market trends: Staying up-to-date with the latest market trends, competitive analysis, and industry developments will be vital in identifying new opportunities for revenue growth. Sharing this information with the sales team and management will contribute to the overall success of Midday Infomedia Limited.

**Requirements**:
1. Education and Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in advertising sales or a similar role, preferably within the media industry.
- Familiarity with print and digital advertising platforms is highly desirable.

2. Sales and Communication Skills:

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate advertising proposals and build relationships with clients.
- Exceptional presentation skills to deliver persuasive pitches to potential advertising partners.

3. Relationship Building:

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising clients.
- A customer-centric approach, with exceptional customer service skills.

4. Market Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, advertising trends, and competitor analysis in the media industry.
- Adept at conducting market research and leveraging insights to develop effective sales strategies.

5. Time Management and Organizational Skills:

- Excellent organization and time management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
