Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and providing support to management and staff. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to management and team members, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements, maintain and update electronic filing systems.Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal staff, handling inquiries and resolving issues.Coordinate and plan office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering arrangements.Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and managing expense reports.Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
