Sales Operations Manager
What will you be doing?
Analyse current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline the inside sales process for maximum effectiveness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with other departments.
Quality Assurance:
Establish quality standards for inside sales operations and ensure adherence to these standards.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations to monitor the quality of sales activities, including calls, emails, and customer interactions.
Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to maintain and improve quality standards.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inside sales operations.
Monitor sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
Technology and Tools Management:
Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions and tools to optimize sales operations.
Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools and CRM systems.
What are we looking for?
Individual with outstanding English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams.
