Senior Leader Business Operations - Revenue Operations
Job Summary:
Location: Bangalore
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Seasoned Professional for Business Operations, specializing in Revenue Operations, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing revenue and sales operations, managing pipelines, optimizing processes on our CRM platform, and ensuring accurate and timely incentives payout. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to drive business success.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation processes and drive operational efficiency.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and revenue growth opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue goals and streamline operations.
Sales Operations:
Oversee the sales operations function, including sales forecasting, territory planning, and sales process optimization.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives to support sales teams and drive productivity.
Pipeline Management:
Manage and maintain sales pipelines, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on leads, opportunities, and deals.
Work closely with sales leadership to forecast pipeline growth and manage pipeline health.
Identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and velocity.
CRM Process Optimization:
Lead efforts to build and optimize processes on our CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce) to support sales and revenue operations.
Implement best practices for data management, lead routing, and opportunity tracking within the CRM system.
Train and support sales teams on CRM usage and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Incentives Payout:
Design and manage incentive programs for sales teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
Calculate and validate incentive payouts based on performance metrics and ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Collaborate with finance and HR teams to ensure compliance with incentive policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Tech or Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or Btech preferred.
Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
Proven experience in business reporting, data analysis, or a similar role and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity with expertise in SQL or other database querying languages is a plus.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce) and proficiency in CRM process optimization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.
Experience in incentive program design and management is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.
