KMS Health Center is seeking professionals to join our dynamic Business Development Associate (BD) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in client relationship management.

*Note: This is not a telesales or direct sales role.*

**Key Highlights**:

Strategic Mindset: You can understand the client's business model and suggest how a partnership with KMS can be a strategic advantage for them.

Analytical Rigor: You can analyze market data to identify the most profitable client segments and product categories for KMS to target.

Communication Skills: You can articulate complex technical capabilities (learned from internal teams) into clear business benefits for clients.

Project Management: You can help manage the multiple threads of a client engagement, from initial contact to project handover.

- **Eligibility**:

  • Master degree in MBA (Business, Marketing, or related field) -Pass Out 2025 /pursuing
  • Familiar with CRM tools including Salesforce
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

- **Requirement**: Immediate joiners preferred.
