Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and developing leads, and managing client accounts. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, creating and presenting proposals, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and success.

  • Experience in Account Management and Business development
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Previous experience in employee wellbeing or engagement platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
