Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRM software and ensure accurate entry of patient enquiries, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Handle IVR system, call routing, and ensure prompt patient response.
  • Track and convert patient leads from digital marketing, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Monitor enquiry-to-surgery conversion rates and share regular reports.
  • Coordinate with front office and patient counselors to deliver seamless patient experience.
  • Liaise with CRM/IVR software vendors for support and upgrades.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM/IVR management, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Kylas, Zenoti, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Strong reporting and analytical ability.

Salary: Competitive, with Performance Linked Incentives (PLI) based on patient conversion metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹58,214.40 per month
