Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and promote Farm Bounty's Organic products.
  • Follow up on leads, share product details, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM tools.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide the right solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Females Only.
  • Graduate in Agri-Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, or Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English/Kannada/Hindi.
  • Target-driven, customer-centric, and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools preferred.
  • Based in Bangalore.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
