The Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts and driving sales growth through new business development and existing account management. This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to achieve their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings, and conduct presentations to potential clients.
- **Account Strategy**: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals. Develop and propose customized solutions to meet their objectives and drive sales growth.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**: Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products or services to clients. Oversee project implementation and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams to stay competitive.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Track sales performance and client activities using CRM tools. Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and revenue forecasts.
- **Customer Service**: Address client inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: [X] years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- **Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
