Account Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Accounts Management**
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Record accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.
2. **Billing & Invoicing**
- Prepare and issue client invoices as per project progress or milestone.
- Ensure subcontractor/vendor bills are verified and processed on time.
- Coordinate with the site team for billing updates and documentation.
3. **Project Accounting**
- Track expenses against project budgets.
- Assist in preparation of project-wise financial reports.
- Ensure proper cost allocation and coding of expenses.
4. **Taxation & Compliance**
- Ensure GST input/output reconciliation and return filing support.
- Handle TDS calculations and compliance.
- Assist with audits and liaise with statutory consultants.
5. **Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation for all transactions.
- Support internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
