Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management
1. Greet visitors, clients, and franchise prospects in a warm and professional manner.
3. Maintain the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
4. Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups as required.
5. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as courier management and basic record-keeping.
Franchisee Enquiries and Coordination
2. Provide basic and accurate information about franchise opportunities, requirements, and processes.
3. Maintain an organized database of all franchisees leads, including their contact details, status updates, and next steps.
4. Follow up with franchise leads periodically to ensure progression through the enquiry process.
5. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure all franchise-related materials, contracts, and updates are delivered on time.
6. Track the end-to-end status of each enquiry, from initial contact to closure, and generate periodic reports for management.
Support to Franchisee Onboarding
1. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings or site visits for potential franchisees.
2. Support in preparing and distributing franchise documentation and agreements.
3. Act as a point of contact along with the business development team for franchisees during the onboarding process to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or customer service.
2. 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably with exposure to franchise operations.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
6. Professional demeanour with exceptional interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Strong problem-solving and follow-up capabilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
