Role Overview

The process Associate Manager will be responsible for streamlining, monitoring, and improving internal processes across design, production, and project execution. this role ensures that Meta Fabtech's fabrication and automation projects are delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day process operations in fabrication and automation projects.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and installation reams to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for higher productivity and reduced errors.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, compliance records, and reporting.
  • Act as a bridge between operations and management for smooth execution.
  • Conduct audits to identify bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
  • Train and mentor junior staff for process compliance.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of process management in fabrication/ construction/ manufacturing.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify gaps and implement process improvements.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical / industrial engineering, Operations, or Related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in process management / operations (fabrication, construction, or automation preferred).
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in handling cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and safety compliance.

Fixed salary+ Incentives+ Petrol allowance.

Exposure to large-scale fabrication and automation projects.

Timings 10:00 to 7:00

Working: Monday to Saturday

Week off : Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
