Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager specializing in IT Managed Services to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Chennai, or Cochin. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will drive growth, manage client relationships, and expand our market presence within the IT infrastructure domain. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in utilizing cloud computing platforms to enhance business operations and services. Comprehensive understanding of the ITIL framework to streamline IT service management and improve efficiency. Ability to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring protection of client and company data. Demonstrated success in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships and client satisfaction. Strong skills in business development strategies aimed at driving growth and increasing market share. Proficient in market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights for strategic planning. Expertise in contract negotiation, securing beneficial agreements while maintaining strong client relationships. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage sales processes and client relationships. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand EIL Global's presence in the IT managed services sector. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and client referrals. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough market research to understand growth prospects and competitive positioning. Collaborate with technical teams to align business development strategies with customer needs and technological advancements. Lead contract negotiations, seeking favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company's offerings competitive and innovative. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the senior management team.
