**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead Hotel Prashant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of hotel operations, and proven leadership skills to enhance guest satisfaction and drive profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Manage hotel staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a positive work environment.

  • Lead marketing efforts to promote the hotel and increase occupancy rates.

  • Develop budgets and financial reports to manage expenses and maximize revenue.

  • Ensure high standards of guest service are met and address any guest concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.

  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community.

**Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial positions within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong understanding of hotel management software and MS Office.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • A degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
