Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Executive located in Indore. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to generate and nurture leads. Day-to-day tasks include researching and identifying potential clients, reaching out to them through various communication channels, managing leads in the CRM, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking (various portals), cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and offering tailored IT solutions.

  • Collaborate with the senior management to develop targeted marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract new clients.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.

  • Coordinate with the project delivery team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.

  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the management team.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business development and sales.

Qualifications

  • Experience in generating new leads and lead generation strategies
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough market research
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven sales skills and experience in lead conversion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fluent English communication is must as this is International Lead Generation position
  • Relevant Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
