Role & responsibilities

We have been retained by a reputed EdTech client to identify a senior and a seasoned professional as a Chief of Sales And Marketing (Chief Business Head). The position is a part of Leadership team and will be responsible for driving ambitious agenda in line with organization's vision.

Specifically you will:

  • Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth of the business and own targets for existing revenue streams growth

  • Create growth plans that looks at one- two years in the future

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

  • Ensure seamless coordination between different departments to optimize overall business operations.

  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Preferred candidate profile -

The ideal candidate would be:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience in EdTech, with a focus on early and growth stage.

  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of the leading business functions especially Inside Sales and Performance Marketing.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.
