Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our BSE-listed company from the New Delhi head office. The ideal candidate must currently be working in a listed company and have a proven track record in financial leadership, compliance, and strategic decision-making.

Age Criteria 40+ Years

Experience - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance, preferably with experience in a listed company.

Qualifications- Chartered Accountant (CA) with expertise in:

  • Finalization of Balance Sheets within regulatory deadlines for listed companies
  • In-depth knowledge of Taxation, FEMA regulations, and GST compliance
  • Liaisoning with Banks and Financial Institutions for financial negotiations

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports, including current and forecasting reports
  • Oversee and manage the companys financial systems and IT tools for accounts and compliance
  • Develop investment strategies, manage cash flow, and mitigate liquidity risks
  • Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage treasury functions, ensuring appropriate financial instruments are used for investments
  • Oversee unit accounts, coordinating closely with Unit Accounts Heads to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Lead the preparation and management of MIS (Management Information Systems) reports

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse financial teams
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, TALLY, and other financial/accounting software for managing taxation, TDS, and GST-related tasks
