KaiznHR is a staffing firm based in Delhi, providing IT & Non-IT recruitment, payroll, and RPO

services.We are now expanding into Background Verification Services, International Staffing, and strengthening Domestic Staffing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong sales & marketing leader from the staffing industry to drive our next

growth phase.

This is a salaried leadership role with attractive incentives and long-term growth opportunities within

the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale new business verticals (background verification, international staffing, domestic

staffing expansion).

  • Drive sales, marketing, and client acquisition in India and abroad.

  • Lead business development with HR/Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs, and Enterprises.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-12 years of proven experience in the staffing/recruitment sector.

  • Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and client acquisition.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership qualities.

  • Exposure to international markets will be an added advantage.
