Job Description (OEM Sales):

  • Develop and implement OEM sales strategy for Furniture, Door, Kitchen & Office manufacturing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Drive business growth in North India by identifying new opportunities and expanding customer base.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to design competitive strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team for higher productivity and performance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Product, Marketing, Logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in OEM Sales.
  • Strong industry background in Furniture / Door / Kitchen / Office Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in handling OEM clients and achieving targets.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
