Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Online Sales to lead our ecommerce and digital business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue, managing performance across digital platforms, and ensuring strong brand visibility and conversion through strategic online initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the online sales strategy across D2C websites, ecommerce platforms, and marketplaces. • Manage and enhance the company website for optimal performance, user experience, and conversion. • Lead online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts to drive sales growth. • Oversee coordination and performance across all digital sales platforms and partner stores. • Monitor online analytics, customer behaviour, and market trends to guide decision-making. • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of online initiatives. • Identify new digital sales channels and opportunities for business expansion. • Ensure consistent brand communication across all online touchpoints. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales leadership. • Proven success in managing and scaling online sales for consumer or lifestyle brands. • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, marketplace dynamics, and digital performance metrics. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. • Experience with new-age D2C or retail brands is a plus.
