
Online Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:As an Online Sales Executive for our esteemed bridal wear brand, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales strategy and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling our range of exquisite bridal wear through various online platforms. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience, convert leads into customers, and contribute to the overall growth of our brand.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about our bridal wear collection, including designs, fabrics, sizes, pricing, and customization options.
Guide customers through the purchase process, answer queries, and address concerns to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Upsell and cross-sell related products to enhance the value of each customer's order.
**Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and needs to offer personalized recommendations.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback, resolve any issues, and foster brand loyalty.
Maintain a comprehensive customer database and ensure all interactions are accurately recorded.
**Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of our bridal wear collection, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and fashion in the bridal industry.
Convey product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively to potential customers.
**Online Presence**:Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate appealing online content, including product images, videos, blog posts, and social media updates.
Assist in the management of social media accounts, participating in discussions, and engaging with followers to enhance brand visibility.
**Sales Targets and Reporting**:Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking your performance and progress against goals.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and conversion rates.
**Market Research**:Stay informed about competitors and industry trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation and improvement in our sales approach.
**Collaboration**:Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to address customer customization requests and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Liaise with the customer support team to address any post-sale issues promptly.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in online sales or e-commerce, preferably within the fashion or bridal industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and online communication tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion and bridal wear.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
