**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Convert leads generated through digital mediums into Sales and achieve the given Sales Targets
- Understand customer requirement and assist them accordingly
- Follow up and implement Content Marketing - Live sessions, videos, etc in social media to generate leads
- Develop strong relationships with regular and key clients and regularly update them with new product launches, new categories etc
- Follow up with Digital team for shoots, product shoots, catalogue shoot etc
- Coordinate with the Dispatch team and ensure timely delivery of products with quality output
- Engage Digital Audience through various Online Campaigns - Handle social mediums - Respond to enquiries, etc
- Look for various mediums of expansion for e-commerce
- Handling customer issues & grievances
- Follow the Order Management Process
- Coordinate with the CRM Executive for creating Database & Analytic
- Submit DSR and MSRs to the management on a daily basis
- Follow the Company SOPs
- Maintaining relationship with the Customers
- Conducting Online Sale activities Digitally, promotions etc and other lead generation activities
- Min one year of experience in client facing role, customer service role, e-commerce sales role.
- Preferred industry - Textiles, Apparel, Fashion, Jewellery, Retail
- Good sales skills, convincing skills, customer follow up
- Good communication skills
- Hands on experience of using Social Media

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
