Inside Sales Executive (Founder’s Office)
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with prospects, hold outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
- Spearhead lead generation efforts through various channels, including online research, cold calling, networking events, social media, and targeted outreach, to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary background information to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies that align with our business goals and target market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential students to achieve enrollment targets
- Generate and cultivate new leads
- Work closely with respective teams on lead positioning and media sources, ensuring alignment between marketing and admission efforts
- Collect, analyze, and prepare demographic data on new and potential students per week
- Help set up and run paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
- Attend events to promote programs and effectively convert prospects to students
- Develop and implement different market segmentation techniques
- Work closely with administration to ensure seamless student experience
- Perform high-quality sales activities based on quality lead trails, achieve sales targets

- Quick study (Marketing, Psychology, Storytelling) when it comes to concepts and terminology
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills plus detail-oriented and execution-focused mindset
- Proactive communication
- Adaptability to business culture and overall outlook for networking and relationship building
- Basic Data Analysis: The location helps evaluate market data and create infographics for distribution
- Project Coordination: The intern might oversee small projects in various market segments

Process:
You will be undergoing for a intensive training period of 10 days. Where you be trained for Crafting Effective Conversations, Product understanding, Navigating Obstacles, Building Lasting Relationships, Hands-On Simulations, Collaboration and Teamwork and Operations.
Stipend:
Stipend: 3-4LPA i.e 20k Fixed and 10k variable per month.
Post internship period PPO will be 5LPA - 8LPA fixed
Duration of internship: 3 Complete months counting from the day after the training period.
NOTE: PPO (Pre - placement Offer) will be offered based on performance during the 3 months of the internship.
