Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers. If you have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, we would love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:
*Handle inbound and outbound calls in a voice process.
*Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
*Maintain and grow customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs related to sales conversion.Key Requirements
*Experience in upselling and cross-selling products and services.*Experience B2C Sales.
*Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.*6months - 4years of inside sales experience.
