**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate leads and close deals.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate project recommendations.
- Maintain a strong database of potential clients and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for client visits and meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on project details, pricing, and offers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0.6-2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or real estate sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure with a positive attitude.
