**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize online sales platforms, including e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Identify and target potential customers through digital marketing and online campaigns.
- Monitor online sales performance and suggest improvements to increase conversions.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital sales tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, etc.) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and online sales tools is preferred.
