**Job Description - Visual Merchandising and Marketing Specialist**

**Job Title: Online Visual Merchandising and Marketing Specialist**

**Location: Bangalore - work from office**

**Job Type: Contract**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Visual Merchandising (40%)**:
**1. Develop and implement visually appealing online product displays, category pages, and landing pages.**

**2. Create and maintain product catalogs, ensuring accurate product information and imagery.**

**3. Design and execute site-wide promotions, sales, and events.**

**4. Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute product launches.**

**5. Analyze and optimize product display and category page performance.**

**Marketing (40%)**:
**1. Assist in developing and executing online marketing campaigns.**

**2. Create engaging social media content and manage social media calendars.**

**3. Collaborate with the content team to develop blog posts and other content.**

**4. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.**

**Stakeholder Management (10%)**:
**1. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (buying, marketing, and tech).**

**2. Manage external vendor relationships (photographers, designers, etc.).**

**3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.**

**Administrative (10%)**:
**1. Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.**

**2. Monitor and report on website analytics and performance metrics.**

**Requirements**:
**Essential**:
**1. 2-4 years of experience in online visual merchandising, marketing, or e-commerce.**

**2. Fluency in English (written and verbal).**

**3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.**

**4. Proficiency in online visual merchandising tools**

**5. Basic MS Excel and other MS Office knowledge.**

**6. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and trends.**

**Desirable**:
**1. Experience working in an e-commerce company.**

**2. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles.**

**4. Social media advertising experience.**

**5. Certification in visual merchandising, marketing, or a related field.**

**Skills**:
**1. Creativity and attention to detail.**

**2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**

**3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.**

**4. Excellent time management and organization skills.**

**5. Collaborative team player.**

**Education**:
**Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
