**Job Title**: Fashion Ecommerce Merchandiser
**Job Location**: Sudhama Nagar, Bangalore

**Company Overview**:

We operate across top e-commerce platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Shopify, as well as offline stores and B2B channels. We are seeking an experienced Fashion Ecommerce Merchandiser to manage our product merchandising, optimize listings, and drive sales growth across multiple online and offline channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Merchandising & Product Management**:

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across all online marketplaces (Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Shopify) and offline channels.
- Analyze product performance and trends to optimize inventory levels, ensuring top-performing products are always in stock.
- Develop strategies for seasonal launches, promotional events, and new product rollouts.
- Ensure all product content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for each platform’s SEO requirements.

**2. Cataloging & Content Management**:

- Oversee the creation and management of product catalogs, including accurate and detailed product descriptions, pricing, and attributes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to upload high-quality images and engaging content that highlights product features and benefits.
- Monitor and update product availability, ensuring that all listings are current and accurate.

**3. Inventory & Order Management**:

- Track and maintain optimal inventory levels for online and offline channels to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of stock and monitor product life cycles.
- Assist in reconciling inventory and sales data across channels, ensuring accurate reporting and planning.

**4. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory movements, and returns/refunds data to drive decision-making and improve product performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on product performance, marketplace fees, and logistics costs for management review.
- Track and analyze marketplace commission fees, logistics charges, and inventory levels to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**5. B2B Order Creation & Support**:

- Manage the creation and processing of B2B orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to generate and manage B2B invoices, maintaining clear and precise records.

**6. Marketplace Management & Optimization**:

- Monitor and update product listings to align with platform-specific guidelines and ensure top rankings in search results.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes to increase visibility and conversions.
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies tailored to each online marketplace to enhance brand presence and maximize sales.

**7. Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

**8. Customer Experience Enhancement**:

- Track customer feedback on products and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Work on visual merchandising strategies for the online store to enhance the user experience and drive sales.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
- Proficiency in managing listings on marketplaces like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, product lifecycle planning, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and drive business decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies to optimize product visibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
