Job Role: Sales Executive

We are looking for passionate and soft-spoken Sales Executives who are enthusiastic about healthcare and technology. Your role is to promote Practo’s digital healthcare solutions including video consultations, doctor appointments, diagnostics, and elective surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for potential customers

Call and connect with patients looking for healthcare services like video consultations, diagnostic tests, or surgeries

Understand patient needs and suggest suitable healthcare packages or connect them with appropriate doctors

Promote Practo’s services like:
Online doctor consultations

Diagnostic test bookings

Surgery assistance

Health check-up packages

Maintain daily records of calls and leads

Meet weekly/monthly targets for conversions

Follow up with interested patients and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

Soft-spoken, empathetic, and patient-centric approach

Good command of English and any regional language is a plus

Ability to understand and explain healthcare services clearly

Basic computer knowledge and comfort with CRM tools

Sales-oriented mindset

Salary & Benefits:
Freshers: ₹25,000 (In-Hand)

Experienced: ₹35,000 (In-Hand)

Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹1,00,000/month

Laptop and training provided by the company
