Job Opening: Online Sales Assistant at Aman Trading Company.

We are a fast-growing tile industry and are currently seeking an Online Sales Assistant to join our team and assist with online sales conversion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Share product catalogs and images with customers from PDF/catalog or real displays to assist with their purchasing decisions.
- Help customers with costing, raising proforma invoices, and other related tasks.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments to develop and implement strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
- Do online presentations for architects and builders.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi and Kannada is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Doc, Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with the tile industry is a plus, but not required.
