Must Have9-15 years of experience in corporate sales (Industry: Insurance/logistics/BFSI/IT sales ) with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.Experience recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing corporate sales team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.Liaison with C-Level Executives: Engage with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, etc.) align sales initiatives, present proposals directly with top executives.
Fixed CTC: Rs. 13.45.lakhs
per annum. The cost to the company is exclusive of medical insurance and gratuity.
