Presentation, Strategy, and Proposals Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to lead the development of impactful presentations, strategic planning, and compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative, analytical, and organizational skills, with experience in crafting executive-level deliverables that drive business growth and client engagement. Good experience in presales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Presentations
Develop high-quality, visually appealing presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including executive teams and clients.
Translate complex ideas, data, and strategies into clear, concise, and engaging visuals using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate visual guidelines in all presentation materials.
2. Strategy Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine business strategies that align with organizational goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decisions.
Create frameworks and models to simplify strategic concepts for stakeholders.
3. Proposals and Business Development
Lead the creation of winning proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks tailored to specific client needs and business opportunities.
Work closely with sales and business development teams to articulate unique value propositions and competitive advantages.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops for proposal submissions.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to gather input and align on messaging.
Act as the central point of contact for all presentation and proposal-related requests.
Foster strong relationships across departments to ensure effective collaboration.
Skills & Competencies
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Experience :
5+ years of experience in creating presentations, strategic planning, and/or proposal development.
Proven track record of delivering high-impact business presentations and winning proposals.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Familiarity with proposal management software (e.g., RFPIO, Loopio) is a plus.
Other Skills :
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and visualization abilities.
Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in consulting, marketing agencies, or corporate strategy roles.
