Job Description:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving our sales efforts to identify new opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and close deals that will contribute to our growth and success. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base and ensuring we continue to deliver unparalleled digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within the US market, using a variety of strategies to generate leads and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing customized digital marketing solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and alignment with our agency's goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure our offerings are presented compellingly.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency's growth and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Requirements:
- Proven sales experience of up to 5 years, preferably in the digital marketing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services and their value to businesses.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a proven track record of initiative-taking and creative problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in US / overseas market sales will be preferred
