Job Details:

Position: Associate - Customer Support

Location: EcoSpace, Bangalore

Salary:

Freshers: Upto ₹3.8 LPA

1+ Year Experience: ₹4.6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service through Voice, Semi-Voice, or Chat channels.

Solve customer queries with a positive and professional attitude.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow company guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

Fluent in English (Both speaking & typing skills).

Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Flexible to take on various roles based on business needs.

Must be willing to relocate to Bengaluru immediately.
