Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, participating in customer service training, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills are essential
  • Experience in Sales or supporting sales efforts is beneficial
  • Ability to participate in and benefit from Customer Service Training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
