Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Associate located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Associate will handle day-to-day tasks including providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will also be responsible for supporting sales activities and providing necessary training to customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to support sales activities
  • Proficiency in delivering Training to customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
